What will you be working on?

Business Head

Grow a business and product after the achievement of product-market-fit to a revenue size of $S several million to several tens of millions
Standardize operations related to sales and marketing, and create a system/infrastructure that enables new members and inexperienced members to achieve results following the common standardized approaches
Plan/execute recruitment activities and establish necessary HR systems and policies so that the organization can grow in an optimal pace in accordance with the growth of business and revenue
Build relationships with potential customers, partners and other stakeholders by yourself to grasp the changes of the needs from the market and customers, while working with the product development team to continuously improve the products and services
Keep track of the latest situation regarding market/competitive environment and industry development to seek opportunities for further business expansion/growth and to enhance and maintain the competitive advantages
of the existing businesses/products
Acquire customers and sales through top-sales leveraging your own networks and sales efforts

Company Management

Embody the company’s mission and vision, create a corporate culture and disseminate it within the organization to align the different members in the organization towards a common goal of the company

Responsible for the short-term and long-term strategy formulation of the company

What they’re looking for?

2 or more years of CEO experience or 3 years or more of C-class experience with blockchain and related industry (Fintech or high-technology companies). Track record as to achieve an annual sales of at least S$2m-10m
Deep knowledge about software and technology, preferably in FINTECH or blockchain industry
Experience as a business/product owner to continuously improve a product/service by understanding the customer’s needs and collaborating with the product development team
Outstanding top-sales capability to acquire new customers and sales
Achievement of growing the company organization from a few people to tens or hundreds of people
Capability to analyse and manage the business from PL/CF and other financial perspectives
Strong commitment to short-term and long-term financial results
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Personality to lead the organization as a team player and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, while being an independent thinker at the same time
Experience in building new business relationships and clients in Southeast Asian countries and sufficient knowledge of Southeast Asian IT market
Entrepreneurship with a strong sense of responsibility and a very high level of integrity
Extremely strong interest in blockchain technology and industry
Native level English speaker
Existing network with potential customers in the blockchain industry is beneficial
Deep and broad network with IT/blockchain players, media, investors and other potential partners in Singapore is beneficial

COO mainly assists CEO to develop product and design the platform’s business model based on company’s development strategies and goals. He will be combines industry characteristics and customer requriements to operate and promote the platform and be responsible for the results of the operation. This position is mainly responsible for the operation of the seven business segments, and conducts the whole life cycle management of B2B e-commerce platform product and service design, platform operation, and business development. Continue to improve the service value, popularity, and influence of the platform to promote the realization of financial goals such as platform transaction volume, revenue and profit. The specific responsibilities are as follows:

Assists plan and design the business model and profit model based on company development strategies
According to the determined business model, combined with the actual characteristics of the shipping industry and the laws of e-commerce and Internet operations, optimize the design of products and platform services to form platform products and services that can be implemented;
Formulate and be responsible for various operating indicators of the e-commerce platform, including financial indicators, operating indicators, etc.;
Responsible for the full life cycle operation of the e-commerce platform, including online and offline customer development, platform operation, service performance, supply chain execution, etc.;
Responsible for the external cooperation of the platform, including the introduction of partners, the development of suppliers, and the development of B-end customers;
Responsible for the overall management of the in-charged team providing coaching, leadership, and assistance with resources and strategy development to building up a strong and efficient team. Proven experience in B2B e-commerce platform operation and management, proficient in the characteristics and business models of B2B e-commerce, and have successful platform operation experience;
Familiar with or understand the maritime industry background, understand the industry characteristics, business models and customer needs of related industries;
Possess good e-commerce and Internet thinking, be able to combine the characteristics of the maritime industry, e-commerce and the Internet, and have unique insights into platform and product design, service models, platform operations, and marketing;
Strong leadership, communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills;
With high degree of responsibility, diligent work attitude, open and tolerant attitude and the courage to take responsibility, entrepreneurial passion;


Education Level

Bachelor degree or above, computer professional background;


More than twenty years of e-commerce and Internet industry platform operation management and practical experience (B2B direction or maritime background);
Work experience in well-known e-commerce companies, multinational companies, entrepreneurial experience is preferred;

Scope of Responsibility:

Core skills for this role will consist of:

Managing the Singapore member firm application security activity, enabling information security compliance for the firm application portfolio.
Support application security remediation effort and track open issues and follow up to ensure remediation
Assessing the requirements and managing the legal, regulatory and policy compliance risks pertaining to Network Information Security and the firm’s use of technology;
Leveraging technology and processes to enable the Singapore member firm to mitigate information security risk
Collaborate with PwC IT to align security processes and tools;
Responsible for the technical and process support of Network Information Security-related audits.
Strong understanding of information security controls and ISMS standards such as ISO27001/2, CobIT, CRISC etc
People management and coaching (interns)
Manage security awareness activity for the firm

Strategic and Technical Orientation / Job Content:

Individuals selected for this role are expected to have knowledge related to the following aspects of the Information Security skills:

Experience managing multiple relationships and stakeholders throughout major disruptive transformation;
Detailed understanding of risk management;
Experience in a role balanced between business stakeholders and a central technology service organization;
Experience navigating a matrix organization;
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets; and
Experience in a global professional services organization, preferably in the financial services industry.

Network Collaboration:

Collaborates with Network Information Security Compliance team leaders to implement common processes and tools
Collaborates with local stakeholder to deliver the network information security strategy

Working knowledge of three or more of the following:

3+ years experience in application security or application development
penetration testing
IT Security; principles of risk management
3+ years exp in Security Architecture
Security Awareness (presentation, phishing campaign delivery, training)
Project Management

Quality Service Delivery:

Responsible of Network Information Security application and vulnerabilites management for the firm
Responsible for response to Network Information Security related audit responses

Education Level:

Required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Preferred: Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or Master degree in Information technology or related field of study and/or completed certifications involving cybersecurity including CISA, CISM, CIA, CIPP, CISSP, or CFE

Experience Level:

3-5 years’ of relevant experience

Domain landscape: Knowledge of information risk and compliance principles
Communication: Ability to leverage business communication skills to inform, persuade, and teach stakeholders across a global network of member firms’ staff and leadership to enable effective information security activities and processes in line with the cyber readiness program
